About

I'm Linus. Five years ago I started building a launcher because my phone was working against me. Mars grew out of that, one tool at a time, each solving a problem I actually had.

The launcher is hand-written in Flutter and Kotlin. The newer apps and the self-hosted sync backend are built with Claude Code: I decide scope and architecture and direct the implementation. No ads, no tracking, no accounts. Mars is a hobby, made in the open.
